Free-hanging Paperclip Mobile

I made this in 2003 or 2004. None of the paperclips are actually tied together, and I bent them all by hand. People always wanted to touch it, and it would fall apart, so I'd have to re-assemble it.

There are some tricky little tension points that hold everything together, so it's quite fragile. I think it's sitting in a box in a pile, currently. I doubt I'll ever put it back together: I've got bigger and better things to work on now.
